Q: How do I find out my wig size? 

A: To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline.

Q: What wig sizes are available?

A: The most common wig size is average (21.5 -22 inches). We also have smaller and larger. Every wig has adjustable band to ensure the right fit for your head. If you are still unsure, please contact us first before making a purchase so that we can help get the right sized wig for you.


Q: Where is Coco and Melon based?

A: We are a New Zealand based Small Online Business, located in Auckland.

 

Q: Do you make Bespoke Wigs?

A: Yes we do. If you would like us to make a particular wig style for you, please get in touch with us and tell us about your vision. We would love to help you achieve it. 

 

Q: Do you have a shop where I can try on styles? 

A: At this moment in time we are not offering fitting appointments and currently only have an online service. We do our best to make sure we have quality photos and accurate descriptions of our products. But sometimes depending on lighting of viewing device colour could slightly vary.

 

Q: Do you accept and process Ministry of Health wig subsidy grants?

A: Yes, of course we do - we are a Ministry of Health approved supplier and can process your wig grant subsidy. Our wigs are suitable for hair loss caused by alopecia, cancer, medical conditions. Q: When Will My Order Ship?

A: Standard orders are usually processed within 7 business days of receiving payment for the purchase.  We process orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. We process orders on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?

A: Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 15 working days. Your tracking number will usually be updated 5-7 days after your order has been shipped.  

 

Q: How Do I Cancel An Order?

A: We are only able to cancel orders within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible. We are not responsible or liable for situations out of our control when waiting for your order to arrive; we ask that you are patient and we will get your order sent out to you as soon as possible.  

 

Q: What Is Your Return Policy?

A: If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Coco and Melon reserves the right to deny any return request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.  

 

Q: What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

A: We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, Afterpay NZ, Afterpay Australia, Afterpay Canada, Afterpay USA, Clearpay UK, Bank transfer and NZ Government Wigs and Hairpiece subsidiary grant.  

 

Q: How will my private information be stored and or used by Coco and Melon?

A: We use Shopify's secure encryption platform to keep your contact, payment and geographical information private. Coco and Melon and Shopify will never share your information with a third party unless required to by the authorities and we will inform you before any information is shared. As required by New Zealand Law, we will keep keep your information for a minimum of 7 years.
