Prices, dates and products are subject to change without notice
All orders will be processed within an estimated timeframe of 7-10 days and then sent out for delivery Monday to Friday only. We do not ship out the same day. This excludes public holidays. But this does not in any way mean that you will receive your product within that processing time frame. As some of the products we sell are custom made by hand and may take up to 6 weeks to be received by the customer (due to demand). We will always endeavour to meet your expectations.
During our busy periods, e.g. Christmas, NYE, Easter and due to COVID-19. There may be a delay in processing your order, and we appreciate your patience.
We will not be liable for any costs, loss, damages, charges or other expenses caused by late delivery or return to sender.
We are not responsible or liable for situations out of our control when waiting for your order to arrive; we ask that you are patient and we will get your order sent out to you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Items available for pre-order will be dispatched as quickly as possible after the expected delivery date. Orders will not be refunded due to any delays from suppliers outside of our control.
In the case where Authority to leave the parcel is selected and delivery shows as successful, Coco and Melon are removed of all responsibility, as the customer has opted for a non-secure delivery method.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company and we cannot be held for any responsibility for these delays.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars NZD (but also convert to your local currency based on region). These prices do not include your local sales taxes or import duties which you may be charged for upon the entry of the shipment into your country. It is at the discretion of New Zealand customs and import authorities.
We ship Monday to Friday only, and we do not ship on public holidays. During peak sessions, we ask that you, please allow for a delay to dispatch your due to a high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional time. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package will require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open.
If the courier deems it unsafe to leave the parcel; the package will return to the local post office and be re-scheduled for another delivery. If the delivery attempts fail on several occasions, the package will be returned to Coco and Melon. Any orders returned to us due to being undelivered will incur a fee to re-ship the order back out to you.
Our recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know, or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
